At BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC, I’m committed to creating an empowering, supportive, and results-driven environment. To ensure every client has the best possible experience, please review these policies carefully before booking any service. **Booking Policies** **Hormone Harmony Discovery Call** The Hormone Harmony Discovery Call is a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore whether the Triple-P℠ Midlife Reset is the right fit for you. - Calls must be scheduled in advance through the designated booking link. - Cancellations and reschedules are accepted up to 1 hour before your scheduled call time. - Each prospective client is permitted a maximum of 2 reschedules. Additional requests will not be accommodated. - This is a complimentary call; no fee is charged for no-shows. As a courtesy to others, please cancel in advance if you are unable to attend. - Late arrivals will be seen for the remaining time only; calls end at the originally scheduled time. **Dance in the Park℠** Dance in the Park℠ is a community fitness experience available as a drop-in class or included with an active MidiTHRIVE Collective or Triple-P℠ Midlife Reset membership. - Drop-in registration is required prior to each class; walk-ins are subject to availability. - MidiTHRIVE Collective and Triple-P℠ members must still register to confirm attendance. - All drop-in payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your payment will not be credited or carried over. - Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session starts. - Class format and size may be adjusted by Jerri BenJamm'in as needed. Liability -All participants must sign a Consent & Release of Liability Waiver before beginning any training or program. -Clients understand that fitness and nutrition activities carry inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for their participation. -BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC is not liable for injury, illness, or other conditions that may result from participation. Acknowledgment By enrolling in or booking any service offered through Jerri BenJamm’in / BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC, including personal training, Dance in the Park, Triple-P Midlife Reset, MidiTHRIVE Collective, or choreography, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above. *For full service policies, visit jerribenjammin.com.*
