Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At BenJamm’in Enterprises, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness, nutrition, and wellness services designed to support your personal transformation. Because our programs include digital content, intellectual property, coaching time, and immediate access to resources, the following refund policy applies:

 

Digital Programs, Guides & Online Courses

All sales for digital products, including e-books, nutrition guides, downloadable plans, digital courses, and the Triple-P℠ Method programs, are non-refundable. Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, no exceptions will be made once access has been granted.
 

Virtual Coaching, Consultations & Training Sessions

All coaching sessions, virtual classes, and consultations are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice, based on availability.

  • Missed or same-day canceled sessions are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.
     

Group Programs & Memberships

Payments for group programs, group coaching, challenges, or memberships are non-refundable after the program start date or after access to materials has been provided. If a client must withdraw before the program begins, they may request a credit toward a future program of equal or lesser value.
 

Workshops, Events & Classes

Tickets or registrations for in-person or virtual events are non-refundable. If BenJamm’in Enterprises cancels or reschedules an event, registered participants will receive either a new date or a credit toward a future event.
 

Payment Plans

If a client enrolls using a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed. Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to the program or services without a refund of previous payments.


Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or billing issues occurring on our end. Any request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
