Cancellation Policy

At BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC, I’m committed to creating an empowering, supportive, and results-driven environment. To ensure every client has the best possible experience, please review these policies carefully before booking any service. Booking Policies MidiTHRIVE Collective Membership enrollment is rolling; you may join at any time. Upon enrollment, members gain immediate access to the private community, including classes (Dance in the Park) and member events. Access is valid only while the membership remains active. Cancellation Policy MidiTHRIVE Collective Membership may be cancelled at any time; however, no partial refunds are issued for unused membership periods. Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation. Scheduling & Attendance Group classes start and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your session. Out of respect for the group, late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins. All sessions and packages must be used within the specified time frame (e.g., 12 weeks or a monthly cycle). Unused sessions will expire. Community Access & Events MidiTHRIVE Collective membership and eligible package holders receive access to the private community, special events, and workshops. Access to events or programs is valid only while the client’s membership or package is active. Liability Waiver All participants must sign a Consent & Release of Liability Waiver before beginning any training or program. Clients understand that fitness and nutrition activities carry inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for their participation. BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC is not liable for injury, illness, or other conditions that may result from participation. Acknowledgment By enrolling in or booking any service offered through Jerri BenJamm’in / BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC, including personal training, Dance in the Park, Triple-P Midlife Reset, MidiTHRIVE Collective, or choreography, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above.
