Cancellation Policy

BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a Jerri BenJamm’in To ensure fairness, professionalism, and clarity, the following policies apply to all choreography services provided by Jerri BenJamm’in. Rates & Agreements Once service rates are negotiated and agreed upon in writing, rates cannot be downgraded. Any adjustments or add-ons to services will require a new written agreement or amendment signed by both parties. Deposits & Payments A 50% deposit of the agreed service rate is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours after the final rehearsal. Accepted payment methods: Zelle or PayPal: BenJamminent@gmail.com Cash App: BenJamm18 Website: JerriBenjammin.com Session Requirements All bookings require a minimum of two (2) hours per session. Overtime beyond the contracted session will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate. Rehearsal schedules must be finalized in advance; last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations by the client after deposit payment (and the 24-hour grace period) will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Failure to appear for a booked session without proper notice will result in full forfeiture of that session’s fee. Termination of Services Jerri BenJamm’in reserves the right to terminate services at her sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to: Unprofessional or unsafe client behavior Breach of contract Non-payment or delayed payments In the event services are terminated by Jerri BenJamm’in, unused fees may be refunded at her discretion, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights All choreography created by Jerri BenJamm’in remains the intellectual property of BenJamm’in Enterprises, LLC. Clients are granted the right to use the choreography solely for the project/event specified in the contract. Any additional use, reproduction, or distribution (including video/film, live broadcast, or commercial use) requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees. Liability Waiver Clients and participants acknowledge that dance and movement involve physical activity and assume all risks of injury or illness. A signed Consent & Release of Liability Waiver is required before participation.
